The Diversified Aquatics Recreation Team (DART) is a pre-competitive swimming team that is a low key and positive introduction to the world of competitive swimming. It also functions as a transitional stage for swimmers who would like to continue with swimming after swimming lessons are no longer a challenge.
The DART coach
will focus on development of fundamentals of swimming technique
along with specific training to improve speed and endurance. Swimmers will
prepare for eventual competition.
Bronze Group
Practice two times per week for 45 minutes
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 5:30-6:15 or 6:15-7:00
Three month season
Cost: $275.00
Registration fee: $100.00 (includes USA Swimming registration,
Cap, suit and team t-shirt)
